Stewardship Committee
The Stewardship Committee plays an important role. They are involved with money issues, worship resources and many other activities which result in the smooth running of the church. Working with the treasurer, the group drafts a budget for each year that is presented to council and then to the congregation at the Annual Meeting.
During Nov. 2010 to Nov. 2011, St James celebrated its 175th anniversary. Stewardship oversaw many activities that highlighted St. James’ achievements. The year was busy and exciting with special guest musicians, other activities and food. Moving into our 176th year, these enthusiastic members have organized many events that have provided fellowship and fundraising.
