OUTREACH
This small but mighty group focuses on the needs of members, the community and major issues such as the poverty that exists locally and on the larger country and world scale.
· Here in Simcoe, St. James has sponsored the First Simcoe Scouts since 1946. Outreach appreciates the work of the scouting program and provides financial assistance.
· The Caribbean Workers Outreach Project (CWOP) was started by St. James to help meet the spiritual needs of the workers who have left family and home to work in Norfolk County. Financial assistance also helps to make it possible for a Jamaican Minister to come for a month.

· Other situations and projects vary from year to year.
· The St. James congregation, through Outreach, supports the Mission & Service Fund that is administered world-wide by the United Church of Canada. As well, each week, one of the hundreds of M&S projects is highlighted in our Sunday bulletin.
